Zach Peaslee

Zach Peaslee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from West Virginia University and Master’s Degrees in Trumpet Performance and Wind Band Conducting from Ohio University. Zach served as the graduate assistant for OU’s trumpet studio for two years where he taught undergraduate trumpet lessons and the brass methods course for music education majors. He was also a member of OhioBrass, the in-residence faculty brass quintet at Ohio University. Zach has performed with the Ohio Valley Symphony and West Virginia Public Theatre.

Zach has taught in a variety of instructional settings. He has experience teaching private lessons to beginners and advanced students. He has taught band, orchestra, and general music in public school settings. For several years, he taught private brass lessons with the Community Music Program at West Virginia University.
